My Approach

I work from a strengths perspective, exploring how my client feels safe expressing themselves and allowing this to guide my practice. Historically I have utilized art and poetry to compliment therapy modalities such as Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Attachment theory and Narrative Therapy.

Who Do I help?

With 8 years of experience in the mental health field, I have worked with many diverse populations. I specialize in treating folks living with histories of trauma and mood disorders. I also have a passion for working with couples and believe that seeking counselling can be a sign of strength and love in a relationship.

Toi Toujours is a counselling practice located in Guelph, Ontario Canada. We are based out of The Guelph Wellness House in Guelph. We currently offer both in office and virtual counselling sessions to those in Ontario, Canada.

Fees and Insurance



Psychotherapy with registered social workers are considered to be a medical expense under Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) and can be claimed through the medical expense tax credit.

I am covered under most insurance plans as I hold a Masters of Social work from Wilfrid Laurier University and I am registered under the College of Social Work registration number 833107

Note it is your responsibility to ensure that I am covered under your specific insurance plan and I encourage you to consult with your insurance before booking your first clinical session.
